FAQ

DO YOU PROVIDE REFUNDS?

Sorry, no refunds. All sales are final.

DO YOU OFFER VIP ADMISSION?

Yes. We have a VIP wristband that allows you to thumb your nose at all the poor sods waiting in line and skip right to the front.

HOW MUCH IS PARKING?

Parking is free! Here's a tip: if you pull up behind someone to park, and that person has someone in front of them, DON'T PARK BEHIND THEM. Vehicles blocking traffic, other vehicles from being able to leave, or that pose a hazard will be towed at the owner's expense.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Click on Tickets in the main menu to see our prices and pass options. Under 3 are free!

HOW DO I GET TO THE HAUNTS?

Enter through the ticket booth. Haunts are at the back of the property, behind the food court.

CAN I BRING IN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES?

No outside beverages of any kind. There is a bar and other drink options inside the park.

CAN I BRING IN MY OWN FOOD?

WHAT ITEMS CAN I BRING IN?

A brave face and maybe a change of clothes...you know, just in case.

IS THERE A HEIGHT REQUIREMENT?

There is no minimum height requirement. We do recommend young children accompany an adult. For more information on the haunts to help you decide if you or your child should partake, please see the Haunts tab of the main menu up top.

WHAT AGES ARE ALLOWED IN YOUR HAUNTS?

We recommend only 12 + enter the haunts, however, we do not have a specific age limit. Please use your best judgment. Our haunts are very scary and we recommend looking over our haunt descriptions and warnings prior to purchasing tickets. See the Haunts tab in the main menu.
